Helping you feel like yourself again

When going to the gym, regular massages, and intensive pilates don’t help the stiffness, tension, and pain, fascial maneuvers may be the answer.

What are Fascial Maneuvers?

Fascial Maneuvers is a form of movement that uses gentle, hands-on techniques that target the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, nerves, and organs. Using precise pressure and sustained holds, this work may help release tension and support more natural movement and balance in the body.

Most movement work, including stretching, yoga, and pilates, moves in straight lines: up, down, side to side. Fascial Maneuvers work differently, using rotational and counter-rotational movement that follows the body's natural patterns instead of working against them.

Who is Vanessa?

Vanessa Williams

I’m Vanessa Williams and I've lived with pain most of my life. A childhood injury changed the course of my body, and later, my career. I've worked in movement and rehabilitation since 2011, and what I've learned is that this kind of work doesn't have to be painful to be effective.

By paying close attention to your comfort and what you need from the movements, I help you feel more at home in your own body.
