When I was in school, I remember feeling disappointed when the only award I received was a certificate for being helpful. While my friends were taking home trophies for academic achievements, I couldn't help but think, "What am I ever going to do with helpfulness? Surely that won't get me very far in life."
As it turns out, I couldn't have been more wrong.
What I once saw as one of my lowest moments became the foundation of my life's work.
Today, my passion is helping people reconnect with their strength, trust the wisdom of their bodies, and remember their innate ability to heal. My goal is to provide practical tools, movement practices, and guidance that help you feel more resilient, balanced, and empowered—regardless of what life throws your way.
My husband often asks me what I would do if money were no object. My answer has never changed:
"I would teach forever and help people feel great in their bodies."
Movement has always been a part of who I am. Having moved frequently throughout my life, I learned early on how important it is to feel at home within yourself. At fourteen, I discovered dance and dreamed of pursuing it professionally. An ankle injury changed that path, but it also opened another door. What began as a personal journey into rehabilitation, recovery, and healing became a lifelong calling.
For over a decade, I have immersed myself in movement education, rehabilitation, fascial work, and nervous system regulation. Through these practices, I discovered something profound: the body carries our experiences, our stories, and often the patterns that keep us stuck. But it also holds an incredible capacity for healing.
Whether you're navigating pain, stress, burnout, injury recovery, or the effects of past experiences, I am here to guide you through movement-based techniques that support not only symptom relief, but also a deeper understanding of the root causes behind what you're experiencing.
I believe the body never forgets—but it also never stops communicating.
Together, we'll learn to listen, reconnect, and create space for healing from the inside out. Because alignment isn't about perfection. It's about remembering who you are when your body, mind, and nervous system are working together. And that's work I'm honored to do with you.
what we’ll practice together
I will be leading you through a (15, 30, 45, 60 min) hands on self touch practice. You’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques to release tension, support your fascia, and bring your body back into alignment. These are techniques you can use anytime, anywhere.
